To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if she will make an assessment of the potential merits of repealing the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development and Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) (Coronavirus) Reg

The Government has not announced plans to remove or curtail permitted development rights. We will keep recent changes to permitted development rights under review.
