To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 30 July 2024 to Question 927 on Civil Service: Performance Related Pay, by which metrics Senior Civil Service end of year performance assessments consider delivery against the Diversity

All objectives set by Senior Civil Servants should be specific, measurable and timed so they can be assessed at the end of the performance year by considering what the individual delivered.
