The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, for what reason the Government lead non-executive director was removed from his position; and whether he held discussions with the Prime Minister on this matter prior to making this decision.

The Prime Minister accepted the resignation of the Government Lead Non-Executive Director on 9 August 2024.The Prime Minister and the Government Lead Non-Executive Director did not meet prior to the resignation being accepted.
