Breast Cancer: Screening
The question
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many people were unable to achieve a successful set of mammograms because (a) they were unable to hold the required position for sufficient time and (b) the mammogram machine was not accessible
Answered by Andrew Gwynne
NHS England does not hold this information centrally. However, NHS England is fully committed to modernising the breast screening programme and removing barriers to accessing screening.
