To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment she has made of the potential merits of a ten year housing strategy.

I refer the Hon Member to the Written Ministerial Statement made on 30 July 2024 (HCWS48), where the Deputy Prime Minister announced that we will publish a long-term housing strategy.
