The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to page 99 of the Devolution White Paper (CP 1218), published on 16 December 2024, whether her Department plans to issue statutory guidance on the appropriate use

The government will work with councils to determine how byelaws should be made and enforced, and what guidance is required, as set out in the English Devolution White Paper.
