The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether financial payments made as part of the proposed agreement between the UK and Mauritius agreement on the British Indian Ocean Territory would be subject to an inflatio

As made clear in the 3 October joint political declaration, the UK will make an indexed annual payment to Mauritius as part of its package of financial support.
