The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he is taking steps to (a) revise the National Planning Policy Framework and (b) redefine affordable housing.

The government published a revised National Planning Policy Framework on 12 December 2024, including an amended definition of affordable housing in its glossary.
