To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will have discussions with his counterpart in Northern Ireland on the potential merits of delivering combined cataract and glaucoma procedures to help reduce pressures on ophthalmic waiting l

Health is a devolved matter. Combined treatment for glaucoma and cataracts can already be considered when clinically appropriate, taking into account the patient’s wishes and the best available evidence.
