To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what discussions she has had with the Mayor of London on the potential impact of regulatory requirements (a) in the London Plan and (b) nationally on levels of housebuilding in London.

The Secretary of State meets with the Mayor of London regularly to discuss a range of matters, including regulatory requirements and housing delivery.

The Mayor of London has commenced work on the next London Plan which will be submitted to the Secretary of State in due course.
