The question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many cases relating to unsuccessful applications to the Ukraine Family Scheme are (a) awaiting hearing and (b) ongoing in (i) Crown and (ii) magistrates courts.

There is no right of appeal or administrative review against decisions on Ukraine Family Scheme applications.Immigration appeals are not heard in Crown or Magistrates' Courts
