The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to ensure that the entitlements to healthcare services for different categories of migrants are clearly communicated to both (a) healthcare providers and (b) the different categories of migrants.

The Department sets the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 2015 and publishes guidance on National Health Service charging for NHS trusts.

The Department regularly publishes advice and guidance on the health needs and entitlements of migrants for healthcare providers and patients via the Migrant Health Guide.
