The Combined Accommodation Assessment System (CAAS) determines the accommodation charge for individual Service Family Accommodation (SFA) properties based on condition, scale, and location.
SFA entitlement depends on various factors, such as family size and rank of Serving person.
Charging rates for SFA for Service personnel are set by the Armed Forces Pay Review Body (AFPRB).
