To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 27 March 2025 to Question 38429 on General Practitioners: Finance, from what year is the earnings data used in the staff market forces factor element of the Carr-Hill form

Global sum payments to general practices are based on the Carr-Hill formula. The staff market forces factor is based on earnings data from 1999 to 2001.
