The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many Cabinet Office staff appointed by exception on a temporary basis were subsequently made full-time employees in the last 12 months for which figures are available.

In the last 12 months, no Cabinet Office employees have been made permanent using Exception 10 (conversion to permanency of suitable candidates appointed under Exception 1 and 2) of the Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
