The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate his Department has made of the cost to the NHS of treating patients who are in the UK unlawfully in the last 12 months.

The Department has made no such estimate. The Department publishes income identified and cash recovered from overseas visitors, which includes expatriates, visitors and undocumented migrants, on an annual basis in its annual report and accounts.
