The Home Office are leading the Government’s work to tackle child sexual abuse and exploitation.
The Minister for Local Government and English Devolution does not have specific responsibilities in this regard, but is responsible for local government finance and policy.
The Department has robust arrangements in place to avoid any crossover with constituency interests.
