Armed Forces: Motor Vehicles

Asked by Ben Obese-JectyConservativeMinistry of DefenceTabled Answered 17 June 2025UIN 58340

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many Land Rovers of all variants are in use by the (a) Army, (b) Royal Air Force, (c) Royal Navy and (d) Royal Marines.

Answered by Maria Eagle

We do not routinely break down equipment capability figures and therefore I am withholding this information as its disclosure would, or would be likely to prejudice the capability, effectiveness or security of the Armed Forces.

However, I can advise that a total of 5,674 Land Rovers are in service across Defence.
