To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether her Department plans to review the scope of permitted development rights for above-ground utility infrastructure in residential areas; and if she will make an assessment

My Department has not issued any such guidance. The government continues to keep permitted development rights under review.
