Cabinet Office: Buildings

Asked by Mr Richard HoldenConservativeCabinet OfficeTabled Answered 2 September 2025UIN 69369

The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to his Department's transparency data entitled Cabinet Office: spend control data for October to December 2024, published on 27 March 2025, what the spending on (a) 35 Great Smith Street, (b) 5 Endeavour Square, (c) Bishopgate House and (d) Exchange Tower was for.

Answered by Georgia Gould

The spend control data relates to four approvals under the National Property Control (NPC) for rent for office space.

The NPC requests were all made by the Government Property Agency, an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office, on behalf of the department/s or organisation/s to be located in these sites.
