The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, with reference to her written statement of 4 December 2024 on Railway Passenger Services, HCWS281, which working practices she intends to reform as part of the Department's plans to modernise the railways; and

Reforms to working practices are taking place via the usual processes, i.e. led by train operators locally, in partnership with trade unions.
