To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many PIP claimants had active contracts with the Motability Scheme in (a) Liverpool Walton, (b) Easington, (c) Blaenau Gwent and Rhymney, (d) Aberafan Maesteg and (e) Knowsley constituencies in each
