To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to Regulation 10 of The Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (England) Regulations 2023, how many emergency works notices were received by the Building Safe

The Building Safety Regulator has not identified any emergency work or building control approval applications related to remedial work for transfer slabs in 2025.
