To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 18 November 2025 to Question 87860, what HOPS Change Budget refers to; and whether the figures provided relate solely to spending on electric vehicle charging infrastructure

The change budget is the capital property budget used to fund infrastructure installation costs only.
