To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of penalties for fly-tipping in deterring individuals from fly-tipping.

The fly-tipping statistics for England show that local authorities’ enforcement activity has increased in 2024/25 by 8% over 2023/24.
