The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what recent assessment has been made of the adequacy of regulations on private parking companies.

Answered by Miatta Fahnbulleh

The Government will be raising standards in the private parking industry by introducing a new Code of Practice as soon as possible, in accordance with the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.
