The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he has made an assessment of the potential merits of a modernisation programme for Type 45 in order to facilitate hybrid operations.

A range of options to enable the Royal Navy to transition to a Hybrid Fleet of crewed and uncrewed platforms is under consideration as part of the Defence Investment Programme.
