The Department keeps its capability requirements under continual review and considers a broad range of options, including emerging technologies, to ensure the Armed Forces are equipped to respond to evolving threats. This work includes analysis and experimentation to inform future capability development.
Capability decisions will be made in the Defence Investment Plan.
