The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what guidance his Department has issued to Integrated Care Boards on communicating service closures and changes in treatment availability to patients awaiting care.

NHS England has published guidance which supports integrated care boards in making changes to services within the National Health Service. This includes the importance of effective public involvement. The guidance is available at the following link:
