The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the Answer of 22 April 2026 to Question 126586 on Infected Blood Inquiry: Costs and with reference to the Infected Blood Inquiry Finance Report 2025-26, whether the Infected Blood Inquiry financial report includes the associated costs of the inquiry to all relevant Government departments and agencies, including the provision of legal advice to them.

The Infected Blood Inquiry closed on 31st March 2026. Its final financial report has been published on the Inquiry website, and includes a breakdown of the whole life costs of the Inquiry.
