To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, with reference to the Answer of 15 April 2026 to Question 123911, when her Department expects to launch the mandatory training to ensure that women and girls’ experiences are at the centre of its development.

The Department is continuing to engage with stakeholders on the development of statutory guidance for mandatory training for staff in the bus industry, with the aim of publishing the guidance this year.
