The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Answer of 14 April 2026 to Question 120732, what the planned completion timelines are for the 40 funded schemes.

Of the 14 Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) projects, comprising of 10 new UTCs and four UTC expansions, one scheme has already been delivered, 12 are scheduled for delivery between May and October 2026, and the final multi-year scheme is expected to be completed in June 2027.

Of the 26 Same Day Emergency Care projects, six have been fully verified as completed and NHS England is awaiting final confirmation that a further eight schemes completed as planned by 31 March 2026. A further six are due to be delivered by September 2026, with the remaining six scheduled for completion by March 2027.
