The question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department has taken to ensure that the visa sponsorship process includes checks against intelligence assessments of Iranian-linked networks.

We conduct mandatory security checks on all personnel named on sponsor licence applications, including those with Iranian links.Sponsor licence applications can and will be refused, where it is appropriate to do so.
