To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of direct matching Programme Euston to domestic yards.

The commercial approach for the delivery of the dock and shoreside elements of Euston will be finalised as part of the final investment decision which will be outlined following the publication of the Defence Investment Plan. Final details of the benefits to Scotland and UK business will be announced in due course.
