The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 21 May 2026, to question 1366 on National Armaments Director Group: Oil and Pipelines Agency, what key Defence energy capabilities is the NAD Group now responsible for.

The National Armaments Director (NAD) Group is now responsible for key Defence energy capabilities in support of the Military Commands. This includes the provision, storage and distribution of fuel; pipeline infrastructure; operational energy support to deployed forces; and the energy resilience and security of the Defence estate. These responsibilities are delivered through the Defence Energy Enterprise, which brings together operational and estates energy.
