The question
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will list any datasets that the UK Government is still obliged to send to the European Commission, and what changes have been made to EU reporting requirements since July 2024.
Answered by Nick Thomas-Symonds
The UK acts in accordance with the reporting and information sharing provisions set out in the Trade and Cooperation Agreement and the Withdrawal Agreement, including the Windsor Framework, all of which were agreed by the previous government. The UK and EU share information and data where it supports our mutual safety, security, and prosperity, as part of our broader cooperation on trade, economy, and defence and security.
