The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether he plans to reform the Freedom of Information Act.

The Government is committed to Freedom of Information (“FOI”) and continues to monitor the performance and implementation of the FOI Act to ensure it is operating as intended by Parliament.We do not have any current plan to amend the FOI Act.
