The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the Equality Act 2010: Draft Code of Practice for services, public functions and associations, 2026, published on 21 May 2026, whether (a) the Cabinet Office or (b) Office for Equality and Opportunity will be producing associated guidance for the Civil Service.

The draft Code of Practice for services, public functions and associations seeks to provide duty bearers with practical guidance to help them comply with the law. This applies to Government Departments that operate services or provide public functions.
