JAGGAER and Oxygen Finance: Expenditure

Asked by Mike WoodConservativeCabinet OfficeTabled Answered 4 June 2026UIN 4205

The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the answer of 21 January 2026 to Question 105551 on Jaggaer and Oxygen Spend: Expenditure, whether those companies produce summary reports; and who can access the spending reports from those companies.

Answered by Chris Ward

Both Jaggaer and Oxygen Finance produce summary reports and data analytical tools regarding procurement expenditure.

Jaggaer provides a centralised spend analysis console on behalf of central government, which generates summary reports from data submitted by participating departments and Arm’s Length Bodies. Access to these reports and the wider console is available to authorised users within those participating organisations.

Oxygen Finance operates as a private commercial provider and produces its own independent insight and spending reports. Access to these reports is available to any organisation or member of the public on a commercial subscription basis.
