The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of holding a statutory review of the Pubs Code and Pubs Code Adjudicator.

The Pubs Code and Pubs Code Adjudicator is subject to a statutory review every 3 years. The third statutory review covering the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025 is in progress, and the government aims to publish its report before the Summer Recess.
