The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he has taken to upgrade the Javelin anti-tank weapon to the new Lightweight Command Launch Unit.

Orders for the Lightweight Command Launch Unit (LwCLU) have been placed with the US Government. These are the next generation of the Javelin Command Launch Unit which the UK currently operates.
