To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what steps her Department is taking to improve water quality in West Dorset.

The Government has secured £104 billion of private investment to transform our water infrastructure between 2025 and 2030. This includes over £10 billion to improve about 2,500 storm overflows across England, including in West Dorset, with funding prioritised at overflows affecting the most sensitive sites for ecological and human health.
The Government is also delivering its strongest programme to tackle agricultural water pollution, increasing Environmental Land Management annual funding by 150% to £2 billion and doubling funding for Environment Agency farm inspections by 2028/29.
