The estimated capital receipt for Prince William of Gloucester Barracks is commercially sensitive and cannot be released as to do so would prejudice the market and undermine the departments sale position.
Any receipts generated from the sale of sites including Prince William of Gloucester Barracks will be reinvested back into Defence as per the Departments standard disposal process.
