The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the Civil Service Commission Audit Report, on the Cabinet Office, published on 1 April 2025, which divisions of his Department were responsible for the two serious breaches; and whether his Department met the three recommendations required for August 2025.

The Cabinet Office has implemented improvements against all of the recommended areas. The two serious breaches referred to in the 2024/2025 Civil Service Commission audit report relate to appointments made within the Central Digital and Data Office and the Prime Minister’s Office.
