The question

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether he plans to issue a consultation on the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Government is committed to Freedom of Information (FOI) and continues to monitor the performance and implementation of the FOI Act to ensure it is operating as intended.There are no current plans for a consultation on the FOI Act.
