The Civil Service Code and Civil Service Management Code are the main texts that underpin all matters related to civil service employment, and are readily available to view online. While the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has additional management-related documents, collating a comprehensive list for publication, or assessing their contents for relevance to a particular parliamentary question, is an exercise that could only be completed at disproportionate cost.
