Asked by Mike WoodConservativeForeign, Commonwealth and Development OfficeTabled Answered 16 June 2026UIN 8067

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what the status is of her Department's industrial dispute with the PCS trade union.

Answered by Seema Malhotra

It is regrettable that the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) remains in dispute with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office regarding the restructure process. We remain committed to continuing constructive engagement with all our recognised trade unions on this and other workforce matters.
