To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the affordability of private rented housing in Redditch.

According to the latest Office for National Statistics data, private renters in Redditch spent on average 29.1% of their income on rent. This compares to 29.2% in the West Midlands and 36.3% for England overall.
