To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 4 June 2026 to question 4901 on Defence: Finance, on what date was the Armed Forces Minister first given sight of the Defence Investment Plan.

Ministers have been engaged in broad discussions about the Strategic Defence Review, the Defence Industrial Strategy and the Defence Investment Plan since we took office. Drafts were shared with Ministers for input as the Defence Investment Plan was developed into a plan.
