Asked by Tessa MuntLiberal DemocratNorthern Ireland OfficeTabled Answered 16 June 2026UIN 8511

The question

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, whether his Department (a) currently holds and (b) previously held any documentation relating to the Chinook ZD576 which crashed on 2 June 1994.

Answered by Hilary Benn

The Northern Ireland Office has records held at The National Archives regarding the events involving Chinook ZD576. Our thoughts and sympathies remain with the families, friends, and colleagues of all those who died in the Mull of Kintyre crash.
